Teen Pilates is a classed aimed at teenagers that require strength, postural training and injury prevention, In this class we use a combination of Pilates and gym equipment to assist teenagers exercise in a safe environment. Each person in the class is provided with an individualised program to help target their specific needs. This class is ideal for teenagers that are involve in a lot of sport, have recurrent injuries or niggles, students that spend a lot of time studying or are physically inactive.
