Strength & condition classes are mostly aimed at athletic individuals that are planning on return to sport following a significant injury. This typically involves recovering from injuries that have resulted in surgery, such as ACL or shoulder stabilization, or a long-term overuse injury. In this class, clients will complete a supervised gym program that focus on key areas such as strength, power, running technique and coordination drills. We also conduct regular strength assessments, set short term goals and adjusted everyone’s program weekly.
Strong Bones Exercise Class is for individuals who want to maintain or improve muscular strength, bone health, balance and flexibility.
